Each 50-minute session is focused on how you're feeling in the moment, and the floor is always open for you to share. I listen closely to your needs and share grounded, proven approaches tailored to help you gain useful insights and tools. To support your journey, I offer thoughtfully designed journaling worksheets to deepen your self-awareness and reinforce the progress we make together.
