Welcome to the CROWN COACHING SOLUTIONS LLC (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and CROWN COACHING SOLUTIONS LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1. Program Overview

  • Crown Coaching Solutions LLC aims to help individuals rewire their brains and shift their mindsets using science-backed methods and spiritual principles.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you are mentally and physically able to participate.

  • The Program is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed-upon payment plan.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Crown Coaching Solutions LLC cancels the program.

  • If using a payment plan, all payments must be completed on schedule to continue participation.

4. Coaching Sessions & Attendance

  • Sessions are held at scheduled times, and it is the Client’s responsibility to attend.

  • Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded unless due to an emergency, at Crown Coaching Solutions discretion.

  • Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling requests.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for implementing strategies and exercises provided during the Program.

  • Participation requires honesty, commitment, and open-mindedness.

  • Any harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Program without a refund.

6. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).

  • The Client agrees not to record, distribute, or share any proprietary materials or session content without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including worksheets, videos, and coaching content, are the intellectual property of Crown Coaching Solutions.

  • Clients may use these materials for personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching is for educational and informational purposes only and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Crown Coaching Solutions is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results stemming from participation in the Program.

9. Termination of Agreement

  • Crown Coaching Solutions reserves the right to terminate a Client’s participation for violation of these terms.

  • Clients may withdraw at any time, but no refunds will be issued after withdrawal.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.

By enrolling in any of the CROWN COACHING SOLUTIONS Programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
